Invitny ("we", "our", "us") is a digital invitation and guest management platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application and website.
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and/or phone number.
Event Data: Information you provide when creating events, including event names, dates, times, and venue details.
Guest Data: Names, phone numbers, and email addresses of guests you add to your events. This data is provided by you and used solely for sending invitations and managing RSVPs.
Device Contacts: If you choose to import guests from your contacts, we access your device contacts temporarily to display them for selection. We only store the contacts you explicitly add as guests.
Camera: We access your device camera solely for scanning QR codes during guest check-in. No photos or videos are stored.
